Tech Help with Caitlyn is a monthly offering here at Spaulding Memorial. We want the community to have a dedicated space where they can bring their technology questions. Big or small, bring them all. Caitlyn is a tech wiz, but knows how to explain clearly and patiently.
There’s no need to schedule a time, but know that there could be a couple of community members waiting for their turn. Good thing we have a few books to help you pass the time! To be clear, there usually isn’t a wait at all.
We have seen folks come in with computer questions, smart phone questions, printer questions, WiFi questions, email questions, and resume questions. Don’t let your tech questions go unanswered for another month. We look forward to seeing you.
